1. What types of devices do you repair?
We repair desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, and other common electronics. Our team can handle hardware, software, and networking issues for most devices.
2. Do you offer custom PC builds?
Yes! We build custom PCs for gaming, streaming, office work, and professional workstations tailored to your needs. All custom builds are final sale and non-returnable.
3. How long does a typical repair take?
Repair times vary based on the complexity of the issue and parts availability. Most repairs are completed within 1–3 business days, but we will provide an estimate and notify you if additional time is required.
4. Do you provide a warranty on repairs and parts?
Yes!
- 30-day in-store warranty on parts and repairs (same problem only)
- Full system purchases: 1-year parts warranty and 3-year labor warranty
- Software-related services: No warranty
- Labor charges: Non-refundable
5. Can I return a part or accessory I bought from you?
Returns are accepted under these conditions:
- Within 7 days of purchase
- 15% restocking fee applies after 3 days
- Must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase
Custom builds and special orders are non-returnable.
6. What if my device has data loss?
You are responsible for backing up your data before bringing your device in. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee your data will not be lost or corrupted during repair. We offer data recovery and backup services to help protect your files.
7. Do you offer onsite services?
Yes! We can come to your home or office for repairs, installations, or tech setups. Contact us to schedule an appointment.
8. Can you help with networking and Wi-Fi issues?
Absolutely. We can set up routers, troubleshoot wired/wireless networks, and resolve slow or dropped connections.
9. How do I know the cost of a repair?
We provide an estimate after diagnosing your device. The estimate may change if additional issues are discovered, but we will always get your approval before proceeding.

11. Do you offer tech consultations?
Yes! We provide guidance on building, upgrading, or buying the right tech for your needs.
12. How do I opt out of SMS updates?
If you’ve opted in for repair or appointment updates via text, you can reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all SMS notifications.
13. What if I don’t pick up my device?
If a device is not picked up within 90 days of repair completion, we may consider it abandoned. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact you before disposing of or selling the device to recoup costs.
14. Do you handle business IT services?
Yes! We offer setup, maintenance, and networking solutions for small offices and businesses.
